BizBee is a delivery-service-only print platform operating from our printing hub in Al Quoz. Orders are placed through the website, support is handled through tracked enquiries, and delivery options are confirmed before payment.

Custom stamps can be delivered across the UAE after artwork/proof and payment are confirmed.

We provide online ordering and delivery rather than a public walk-in counter. The areas listed here explain delivery scope, fees, and address requirements before checkout.

We do not offer a public walk-in counter or public phone support right now. We only publish customer-facing location or Business Profile details after they are real and owner-approved.

Same-day and express eligibility uses the pre-delivery production subtotal after discounts, including paper and binding, but excluding the AED 30 minimum top-up, delivery fees and remote-area surcharges. These are target service levels, not carrier guarantees. Delivery timing still depends on file readiness, payment, cut-off time, address eligibility, access, traffic, and courier capacity.
Stamp orders
UAE stamp delivery
- Dubai and Abu Dhabi stamp delivery can be same-day when proof, payment, and production timing allow.
- Other emirates usually ship in 1 to 2 working days after production is ready.
- Stamp delivery timing is confirmed with the final proof/payment route, not through the print checkout.

Failed delivery
Redelivery policy
If a delivery attempt fails because of incomplete details, an unreachable recipient, access restrictions, or a customer-requested change after dispatch, the customer may need to pay the additional courier or redelivery cost before we can arrange another attempt.
If BizBee or the delivery partner caused the issue, we review the order for a reasonable remedy such as redelivery, reprint, replacement, or refund review under the delivery and refund policies.
